We listened to what you asked! Palmetto State Armory proudly releases its Gen3 PA10 Barreled upper receiver! The Gen3 model was enhanced to increase the longevity and reliability of our PA10 platform. This new platform has several features not previously available on the PA-10 platform. We look forward to hearing your feedback on these new features!

The new and improved PSA PA10 Generation 3 is here with enhanced durability and function. The Gen3 model features a black-nitrided stainless steel gas tube that is resistant to high heat, corrosion and maintains a glossy finish. All Gen3 PA10 come with dimpled barrels to make gas block replacement easier. A newly designed 3-position adjustable gas block has been included so that you can tune your gun to the load.

Barrel: The dimpled 416R Stainless Steel upper barrel with a 308 WIN 1/10 turn, mid-length, gas system is paired up with a Palmetto State Armory M-Lok 15″ free-float rail. A low-profile adjustable click-detent 3-position gas block and an A2-style Muzzle Device are also included. Gas system enhanced with nitrided tube to resist heat and corrosion.

Upper: Precision machining from 7075-T6 aluminum forged, hard-coated in black anodize to MIL-8625 type 3 class 2. Handguards with dual-retention anti-slip/anti-rotation and enhanced dual-retention anti-slip/anti-rotation.

Bolt carrier group: Toolcraft 9310 steel bolt assembly, with extra-strength extractor springs nitrided for improved durability. 8620 carrier nitrided, with a gas key treated with nitride and properly staked using grade 8 fasteners. Also included is a 7075 T6 aluminum charger handle.

Gen3 PA10 lower receivers are compatible with Gen1 and Gen2 uppers. However, for the best performance and appearance, we recommend that Gen3 lowers be matched to Gen3 uppers. Some people may not like the external cosmetic differences between Gen1 and Gen2 upper and lower receivers.

AR10 is not a platform that has a standard between manufacturers like AR15. There will, therefore, be slight differences between the part kits from different manufacturers. To preserve upgrade options, some parts like the fire-control group are shared between the AR15 and AR15 platforms. We recommend that you only use PSA PA10 components with our upper and lower receivers for best results. Other manufacturers’ parts are not recommended for our products.
